Why do some people like to watch horror movies?

A lot of people enjoy watching horror movies. I personally don't like to watch them.
Researches have told that people like to watch horror because they want to  experience complex and extreme emotional content. Adrenaline rush: When we watch scary movies, we can face your fears, but since we know that it's just a movie we don't have to face anything in reality. 
But do you like watching horror movies, and why do you prefer to watch them?
It was a cold night. I was alone on the second floor. At this time I was 6 years old. My mom was downstairs and my dad  wasn't home. I turned on the TV and there was a movie on. But I didn't know it was a horror movie. I quickly realised that it was a horror movie, because this ghost instantly showed up.The movie was about a girl who was sick. However her mother didn't have the money to buy her medicine. So the mother threw  the daughter in a well. The girl drowned and became a ghost. The scariest parts were when the girl  came out of the TV and killed the victim. The girl was wearing white clothing and her hair was very long so it covered her face. I got goosebumps every time I saw her.
 I was so scared of the movie, after it finished i was scared to move. Then i ran down the stair way and went on the first floor, because my mom was there with my grandmother. After the movie, for two months i was scared to be in the dark. I conquered my fear a long time ago, but i still don't like to watch horror movies.

The Effect of Music while studying

Read what a student says about music. Do you feel the same?

I like most kinds of music like pop, heavy metal and rock. I even think some pieces of classical music are great. I love listening to music and I have music on in the background when I’m studying. This of course makes my parents angry as they can’t understand how I can study while listening to music. I try to explain to them that it puts me in the right mood and actually helps me a lot.

The kinds of music  i like listening to are rap, electronic and pop. I don't like listening to classical music. I often listen to music for example, when i'm playing a game on my computer, when i'm riding a bike and etc. Music makes me happy. My parents can't understand how me and my friends like electronic music, they preffer music from the 90s and 80s.
Music is a big part of our every day life. We listen to it when we are studying, working, jogging, relaxing. But what kind of effect does the music make when we listen to it while studying. I personally don't prefer to listen to music while i study. But most of the students say that they concentrate better when the music is playing in the background. Some researches found out that sometimes listening to music while studying helps to memorize the material, but only if it is music without lyrics so you don't get distracted. Most of the students even listen to music in the library. What is your opinion on the effect of music while studying? 

A letter to the mayor

Dear Mayor,
 I am here to defend the young musicians. I ask of you to reopen the building in which the musicians rehearse. 
Our preposition is to have a certain time in winch the students will rehearse,and i suggest to put a music teacher that will be in charge of the students. Also i must say that this is the only building in which my students can rehearse.
 I wish you will understand our position.
